NOxFREE®Exhaust Gas SCR（Selective Catalytic Reduction）System

The exhaust gas cleaning system (EGCS NOxFree) is independently developed by Qingdao Sunrui Marine Environment Engineering Co., Ltd to reduce the nitrogen oxides emissions of marine diesel engine. The principle of the system is the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) method, that is, under the action of a catalyst, the reducing agent reacts with nitrogen oxides within a certain temperature range (280-450ºC) to generate harmless nitrogen and water. In order to ensure the safety of personnel, the urea solution is sprayed into the high temperature exhaust gas to decompose it to produce ammonia gas. The system is composed of catalytic reaction unit, urea dosing unit and control system.

1.1 SCR 촉매

촉매 유형은 DNX{0}}LD 골판으로 디젤 엔진 De{1}}NOx용으로 특별히 설계되었습니다. 촉매의 장점은 다음과 같습니다.

1.2 SCR 총장

반응기는 고온 내성 재료로 만들어졌으며 입구에는 연도 가스의 균일 성을 보장하는 가이드 장치가 장착되어 있습니다. 반응기의 각 층에는 촉매의 활성을 보장하기 위해 그을음 블로잉 장치가 장착되어 있습니다. 밀봉 구조는 연도 가스가 빠져나가는 것을 효과적으로 방지하기 위해 과학적입니다.

1.3 SCR 믹서

증발과 혼합의 통합은 크기가 작고 배열이 쉬운 믹서에 채택됩니다. 전환 구조의 설계는 정교하여 배기 가스와 암모니아 가스의 혼합 효과를 향상시킵니다. 요소 스프레이 건에는 이중 유체 구조가{0}채택되고 압축 공기는 요소 용액의 분무 성능을 제공하는 데 사용됩니다.

2. 요소 투여 단위(UDU)

UDU에는 이중 유체 스프레이 건이 사용되며 요소 용액의 분무 효과를 개선하기 위해 압축 공기가 사용됩니다.

3. 제어 시스템

• Control the urea supply, the standby heating system, the soot blowing and the venting system based on MDT signals.

• Send operation status data to MDT

3.2MDT 제어

• Judge the SCR running mode.

• Control the main valves (RBV, RTV, RSV, CBV).
